About us

Brand defense is investigative work — and we treat it that way.

SEOFraud Watch is the SEO-fraud investigations arm of 78 OVER 37 LIMITED. We operate alongside the Overload.su brand-defense practice, sharing the same intake, the same chain-of-custody standards, and the same "closure, not noise" performance bar.

Who we are

SEOFraud Watch is a trading name of 78 OVER 37 LIMITED, a private limited company specialising in cyber-defence services for brands, financial institutions and high-traffic consumer platforms. Our parent practice, Overload.su, has worked on brand-protection mandates since the early days of the modern phishing-as-a-service economy. SEOFraud Watch was launched as a dedicated unit because the search channel had outgrown what general "domain takedown" services were able to address.

Search engines now decide which version of your brand a customer sees first. When a typosquat ranks above your real domain, when a parasite-SEO landing page outperforms your support documentation, or when a coordinated review network drowns your local SERP — the loss is not "marketing", it is fraud. SEOFraud Watch is the team that makes that fraud unwind.

Our mission

To make SEO fraud uneconomic for the attacker. Every removal we secure increases an attacker's cost of capital — the cost of registering, hosting, optimising and maintaining infrastructure that no longer earns clicks. When that cost climbs above the value of the campaign, attackers move on. We track this metric internally as "campaign exit", and we measure ourselves against it.

How we work

SEOFraud Watch is staffed by abuse-handling engineers, OSINT analysts, an in-house counsel for escalations, and a senior incident manager who owns each case from intake to closeout. We do not sell software seats; we sell outcomes. Every engagement comes with named human contacts and a written runbook for the specific abuse vectors we expect to see for your brand.

Our methodology is forensic. We hash and time-anchor every artefact before it leaves our intake. We document chain-of-custody from collection to disposition. The dossier we send a registrar's abuse desk is the same dossier we'd send a court — minus only the identifiers we are not yet ready to disclose to the third party. That discipline is what closes cases in hours rather than weeks.

What we will not do

  • We do not perform retaliatory hacking, denial-of-service attacks against attacker infrastructure, or any action that violates the Computer Misuse / unauthorised access framework of any jurisdiction we operate in.
  • We do not buy links, manipulate review platforms, or sell black-hat "SEO recovery" services.
  • We do not represent both sides of a brand dispute. If we are already retained on a brand, we will decline a competing engagement.
  • We do not promise outcomes we cannot honestly deliver. Some hosts, registrars and platforms are non-responsive; we will tell you in the first call when that is the case.

Working with us

Engagements are typically structured as either case-by-case investigations (one URL, one campaign, one closure report) or as continuous brand-SERP monitoring with an embedded response retainer. We are happy to start with a single case so you can see the methodology before committing to a programme.

Intake is via support@overload.su or our Telegram bot @OverSupBot. Every intake receives an automatic case number; a human investigator follows up within business hours. Urgent live-phishing matters are escalated immediately.
